~Feb. 1st: Sunday. 3:30 p.m. FREE yoga class and community
potluck! Bring a friend, bring your favorite dish, and let's build
community!!! No yoga experience necessary. No potluck experience
necessary ;) !!! What a fun and easy Sunday meal!

yoga? Here's a little bit of it all to give you a taste of yoga and an
understanding of what we do at The Mellow Monkey. Workshop

begins. A 6-month series of workshops created to help you deepen
into your Self. Workshops can be taken individually or consecutively.

for 1 workshop or $150 for all 6 (get 1 free). These fill
