Our program is geared toward yoga practicioners who have developed a strong personal practice and are feeling drawn to share yoga with others. Not everybody who takes our training plans on being a yoga teacher, but to be prepared for our program we require the following:
- Must have previous yoga experience. If you are unsure if you are ready for this type of training, please contact us to talk.
- You MUST have some experience with our teachers. We want to make sure you know what it is we teach before applying for our program.
- A positive willingness to learn, explore your practice & your Self.
- You must be able to fully commit to the program--both to the schedule & the intensity of this opportunity.
- A willingness to leave your ego at the door and be fully present for your experience.
- Please come in the best physical & mental condition you are able. Eat well, drink plenty, rest lots. Take good care of yourself in the months leading up to the training, and throughout!
- Must be willing and able to hold a space of compassion for yourself and your fellow classmates throughout this process.
- To prepare for the program, you should be practicing regularly at home and with your teacher(s).
