All of our classes are compassionately and mindfully lead with a focus on movement with the breath. We are offering you an amazing opportunity for growth, health, joy, and being! Keeping our schedule simple and easy to understand is important to us. Please note that the classes listed below are general templates and do not do justice for the amazing experiences awaiting you! From very gentle, all the way through our Dynamic Flow class, we practice breathing, movement, and stillness. We believe in making yoga accessible to EVERYONE. No matter what class you choose, please remember the following:

Just like it sounds! We want this class to be accessible to EVERYONE. The perfect starting place for newbies, or anyone preferring a gentler practice. A class of gentle flowing movements creating balance, strength, and flexibility. Come one, come all!
Yoga in the morning makes me happpyyyyyyyy!!! Yoga in the morning makes me smile! Flow yoga in the early a.m. starts gentle, then builds in intensity as the sun rises. What a way to start the day!
Similar to "Mellow Monkey Yoga" (see description above), but a little more active. This is a multi-level flow class, with the goal being to offer opportunities for Everyone to find their edge, and to find stillness (sometimes at the same time!). You are always welcome to rest or modify during any class. This one will offer many options for you to "choose your own adventure"! Just come, do some yoga, and have fun!
A personal favorite of those who love an active Vinyasa (flow) practice. In the past, we've called this class "Dynamic Flow", "Vinyasa 2-3", etc. We prefer that you have Flow Yoga experience. There will be some pretty intense options for inversions, arm balances, etc. We want you to feel welcome, AND we want you to listen to your body. Come to class, go with the flow, and see where it takes you. You might surprise yourself!!!
In our ongoing effort to make quality yoga instruction more accessible to the community, we've created Community Yoga. Once a month, we pick a day for you to experience our studio for FREE. You'll see it referred to as "Free Yoga Friday", "Free Yoga Monday", or "Community Yoga", etc, depending on what day it's on. Either way, it's FREE! So grab a friend and come enjoy some yoga, on us! :D

We want to see more families practicing yoga together!!! In fact, I want to see that so badly, that I want to offer KIDS (under 18) to come for FREE through August. This is an all-level class designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, body-awareness, and promote fun family fitness and togetherness. Parent must be present.
No need to pre-register. Just show up!!!
Starting Mid June
At the Millwood park, just east of the fire station on Frederick. We meet near the big trees, east of the tennis courts. Bring your mat, your water. This one is one of my favorites!!! Yoga, fresh air, sunshine!!!
Cost: $10 drop-in. Cash only.
(We will not have punch cards or access to a computer, so if you are using a punch card, you need to carry your punch card with you (we won't be going to/from the studio). Thank you for understanding.
