Yoga at Work

• Many businesses have found that offering yoga as a lunch-break option helps to relieve stress, build office morale, and create connection between coworkers.

• We have taught yoga in conference rooms, break rooms, school libraries, and cafeterias. If you have a space that can fit a few yoga mats, we can do some yoga! 

Yoga at Home

• Some people prefer the comfort of their own home to try yoga for the first time.

• Many people find that their practice deepens and has greater progression when working one-on-one with an experienced yoga teacher.

Private Yoga at the Studio

• We have plenty of space to work with your group (or one-on-one) in our warm, welcoming studio.
• Host a yoga party for a baby shower, bachelorette party, birthday party, etc.

Rates for Private Yoga

We have a few different price packages to choose from. Our rates are per-class, regargless of class size. A class can run anywhere from 45-75 minutes, depending on your needs. When requesting an appointment, please let us know which package you are choosing. 

Just One Class

$65 per class, regardless of class size.

4-Week Session

• Meeting 1X a Week:  $240 (4 classes @ $60/ea)

• Meeting 2X a Week:  $440 (8 classes @ $55/ea)

8-Week Session

• Meeting 1X a Week: $440 (8 classes @ $55/ea)
• Meeting 2X a Week: $800 (16 classes @ $50/ea)
  
  

Yoga Party
$150 includes:
Room usage for up to 3 hours, including a 1-hour yoga class designed specifically for your group.
$20 each additional hour for room rental.

 

The Fine Print

Payment must be made at time of scheduling. We typically allow for one reschedule for an ongoing session at no additional charge. If your group must reschedule more than one class, there will be an additional fee (up to $15 to make up the difference of our One Class Rate). There is no carry-over of credit after the scheduled session has passed. Any classes needing to be rescheduled must be arranged before the session ends.
