Our teaching team is a diverse group of instructors from various backgrounds. What we all have in common is that we offer yoga in a safe, compassionate, welcoming environment dedicated to bringing yoga to Spokane Valley. We have all completed 200-hr yoga teacher trainings (or equivelant) and pursue ongoing yoga education.
